Disclaimer: JAM Paranormal Research is not an amateur thrill-seeking ghost hunting group. We are a small group of researchers who conduct serious investigations into the paranormal. While the recent influx of TV shows has spawned several small groups, we base our investigations on research with hopes of publishing books and articles on the subject.

Who we are: JAM Paranormal Research, founded in 2007, is a group of investigators who conduct serious investigations into the paranormal. We are based in Eastern Pennsylvania, and include coverage in Berks County, Carbon County, Lehigh County, Luzerne County, Schuylkill County and Montgomery County, but that doesn't mean our investigations are exclusive to those six counties. We cover the entire Eastern region of Pennsylvania.

JAM PR is a research group. Our goal is to help clients, while gathering evidence for future publications on the science behind the paranormal.

This site is for JAM PR's findings. We post photos, video, EVPs and any other evidence we collect at different investigations (with client's permission). We write in-depth articles on our findings and the historical background of the place. Jimmy Johnson, a journalist with the Reading Eagle, publishes the evidence in a professional manner with hopes of enlightening both skeptics and believers, whichever you may be.

JAM PR is a non-profit research organization. Our goal is to help those who are unsettled by paranormal activity in their homes or place of work, while gathering research. 5.29.10:  JAM PR is proud to announce that it will work in conjunction with the Reading Eagle, a newspaper in Berks County, to publish a monthly research feature series. This will give us the chance to publish our findings on a monthly basis. If you have a home or property that you want to include in the research series, send an e-mail to jimmyjohnson@jamparanormal.com. Client confidentiality will still apply with this series.  

4.1.10:  JAM PR has returned to normal operation and returned to Berks County after a short hiatus. We will continue to work with the PVPA, a group located in Northeastern Pennsylvania as both groups have the same goal and we will work together to resolve any paranormal questions/problems you may have.

4.1.09:  JAM PR has posted four amazing EVPs from an anonymous investigation. The client wished to remain completely unknown to the public. But the spirit or spirits haunting their location did not shy away from being known. Check it out 

3.25.09:  JAM PR will be heading out on a few investigations in the next two months, so check back to see where we'll be going. Also, the report from a residential investigation in February is now posted, titled "Residence 2_2009."

2.6.09:  JAM Paranormal has posted its first report of 2009, and it's the first report from a residential investigation that took place on Jan. 24 in Montgomery County. It was quite an interesting investigation. The family was extremely nice and the place had a few surprises in it for us. The report is posted on the link on the side titled, "Residence 1_2009." JAM PR also will be attempting to investigate the Education House at Kutztown University. We'll keep you updated with any developments.

12.31.08:  JAM PR has a few residential investigations upcoming in the New Year. Their locations and owners will remain anonymous, but we'll update you with our findings.
